Tips
Stock up on extra glue sticks so that you'll always have plenty on hand for big projects.
If you get hot glue on your skin, run the area under cold water to soothe the burn and harden the glue enough to peel it off.
Make sure the glue gun has cooled sufficiently before putting it away or removing the nozzle.
If glue stops flowing as freely from the nozzle, give the glue stick a twist as you hold the trigger down and lightly push it further into the gun.
Store the glue gun in a cool, dry place when it is not in use.
Use a hair dryer on a low setting to melt away those pesky strings that have a tendency to form as you pull the nozzle away.
Warnings
Never point a glue gun upwards or use it on overhead objects.
